Adem\u00e1s, se abord\u00f3 la implementaci\u00f3n del Servicio de Apoyo Educativo Interno (SAEI), una iniciativa clave para fortalecer la educaci\u00f3n inclusiva, identificando barreras y articulando los apoyos necesarios en cada instituci\u00f3n.<br>\ud83d\udc49Tambien, se abord\u00f3 el tema del monitoreo y la retroalimentaci\u00f3n desde una perspectiva pr\u00e1ctica, mediante la observaci\u00f3n directa del desempe\u00f1o docente en el aula. Posteriormente, se realiz\u00f3 una simulaci\u00f3n del di\u00e1logo reflexivo, lo cual permiti\u00f3 generar espacios de an\u00e1lisis y reflexi\u00f3n conjunta sobre la importancia del acompa\u00f1amiento pedag\u00f3gico al docente como estrategia clave para la mejora continua de su pr\u00e1ctica.<br>\u2705 Con este espacio de aprendizaje, se busca mejorar la calidad educativa a trav\u00e9s del liderazgo directivo y el trabajo conjunto con toda la comunidad educativa.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-slider uagb-block-8b5b8924
